19. The fingers must be in line with the elbows — 指對肘

20. The elbows must cover the chest — 肘掩心

21. The feet must be tensed like a bow — 足要弸

22. The toes must grab the ground — 趾要扣

23. The steps must be quick — 步要趨

24. The walking must be firm — 行要穩
