  6. Double Holding Palm – 雙抱掌 Shuang Bao Zhang (or White Monkey Offers Peaches – 白猴獻桃 Bai Hou Xian Tao)

The Names of the 8 Motherpalms vary slightly depending on school and lineage but movements are more or less the same. The 8 Motherpalms are both fundamental and advanced practice.
