Mobility is crucial to survival in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It is also the most important factor in adaptive movement and the ability to change in Bagua Zhang. So better work on it on a regular basis ;o)

Here is an intermediate routine that can be used as warm up or cool down. Take care of your hips right from the beginning! Your joint health and game plan will profit A LOT!
